Owned By: Campari Tours: Book Online Contact: Website / Email / Instagram Nestled in Jamaica's Nassau Valley, the Appleton Estate has been the site of rum production since at least 1749 and was purchased by Campari in 2012. Appleton Estate rums are produced using sugar cane grown on the estate and water from its limestone spring, aged in 40 gallon American oak barrels, and blended by Joy Spence, the world's first female Master Blender. The distillery is home to to five 5,000 gallon copper pot stills and also stainless steel column stills. |
Appleton Estate Signature Rum
Known as Appleton Estate V/X until its relaunch as 'Signature Blend' in 2015, it was redesigned once more in 2020 and simply named Appleton Estate Signature'. Appleton Estate Signature Blend is a blend of 15 aged rums distilled at Jamaica's Appleton Estate.
