To enter The Gin Guide Awards 2018 please complete the below entry form, ensuring you have read the entry details and category descriptions carefully to ensure eligibility. For additional entries you can use the 'Additional Entry Form' that you will be directed to after your first entry. 

Following submission of the entry form you will be taken to a payment page and confirmation with details for the delivery of samples. If you are a Member of The Gin Guide, payment is not required for the first gin you enter into the Awards.
